The Ghost Cicada, or Ayuthia spectabile, is a Southeast Asian species of cicada easily identifiable by its transparent wings with distinct veins and a touch of turquoise near the body. Its body and wings are milky-white with a mix of transparent and opaque coloration, and a subtle hint of blue. This unique specimen comes mounted on a hand-painted canvas by Beth Watson, beautifully displayed in a 9" x 9" frame.
