This particular species of planthoppers, Penthicodes pulchellus, is typically found in southern India, Indo-China and Malesia, belonging to the subfamily Aphaeninae (Fulgoridae). The specimen is carefully preserved and displayed in a sturdy 3" x 4" frame.
