The Blue-banded Morpho and Angled Sulfur are Neotropical butterflies found in various countries including Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. The name Morpho is derived from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, while Achilles was a heroic figure in the Trojan War. Another butterfly, the Anteos maerula, is part of the Pieridae family and can be found across Peru and Mexico. These beautiful creatures are displayed in a 9” x 9” frame.
