Common Green Charaxes can be located in the lowland evergreen woodlands of Senegal, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, Angola, Zambia, Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, & Malawi. The vibrant green color of this species is not produced structurally (through scales), but is instead a result of pigmentation. Delightfully displayed in a 5” x 5” frame.
