This 5”x5” mounted example of Graphium stresemanni, also referred to as the Stresemanni Swallowtail or Tropical Blue Swallowtail, is a hard-to-find butterfly native to Seram, an Indonesian island. It's similar to Graphium weiskei but without purple hues and is at risk due to its small numbers. Known for its lengthy hindwing tails, this species is frequently purchased for exhibitions or creative purposes as it's flawlessly preserved.
