The Deaths Head Hawk Moth, Acherontia atropos, is a well-known species native to southern Europe and much of Africa. Despite its reputation and superstitions, this hawkmoth plays a relatively small role as a pest to beehives and crops. Our product showcases a specimen preserved within a 9"x9" frame.
