E. imperialis can be found across Argentina to Canada and from the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Coast. Unfortunately, their population is diminishing due to the use of pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and parasitoids to combat gypsy moth populations. This Imperial Moth specimen is beautifully preserved in a 9"x9" frame.
