The Saturniidae family and Saturniinae subfamily are home to this stunning specimen, renowned for its magnificent silk moths. As an adult with wings, the Actias luna, also known as the American moon moth, has a brief lifespan of under 10 days. However, during its short existence, it is exquisitely displayed in a 5”x5” frame, adding a touch of elegance to any space.
