The day-flying moth Chrysiridia rhipheus, also known as Urania ripheus, belongs to the Uraniidae family and is widely admired for its stunning appearance. Despite lacking any pigmentation, the wings display a gorgeous range of colors originating from optical interference. This particular specimen is displayed in a 6" x 6" frame.
