The Acherontia atropos, or Deaths Head Hawk Moth, is a familiar species found in southern Europe and much of Africa. Despite its superstitions, this harmless hawkmoth poses minimal risks to beehives and crops. This specific specimen is excellently preserved and showcased in a 9"x9" frame.
