This product, the Madagascar Sunset Moth, or Chrysiridia rhipheus, is a diurnal moth from the Uraniidae family. Its beauty is highly praised and it is often thought to be one of the most fascinating lepidopterans due to its iridescent wings caused by optical interference. The specimen is preserved in a 5" x 5" frame.
