Morpho godarti, commonly known as Godart's morpho, is a butterfly species found in Peru and Bolivia. It is among the 80+ species of Morpho butterflies found in South America, with some also inhabiting Mexico and Central America. The name "morpho" is derived from the butterflies' unique ability to change shape in flight. This stunning specimen is carefully preserved and presented in a 9”x9” frame.
